‘Invest In Yourself & Nourish Your Soul’
Having moved to North Somerset in 2021 and being surrounded by beautiful countryside, I couldn’t think of a better healing offering than a 1 day retreat to nourish your Soul!
Allow me to put my attention purely on you…indulging you in a collection of healing treats throughout your day with me. It’s rare that we have someone make a conscious effort to support, guide, mentor and heal us for a good length of time…this is my invitation to YOU.
Your Day Will Look Like This
10am: Make a nutrient rich smoothie with me and enjoy it looking out onto the Somerset Levels (this includes intention setting time for the day ahead)
11am: I will guide you through my ‘Morning Energy Routine’; simple and paced movements to ground and balance your overall energy system
12pm: Join me on a walk through Hellenge conservation area as we develop an action plan for your life going forward. I will share powerful life strategy tools with you and help you to regain balance in the key areas in your life
1pm: We will continue our exploration of your life purpose and goals as we enjoy a nutritious lunch together. This will be a vegetarian salad packed full of antioxidants and homemade gluten free bread (with optional cheese).
2pm: Enjoy a healing treatment tailored to your specific needs in my beautiful yurt. You may like to try my signature treatment – Reiki & Chakra Balance with Crystal Foot Massage!
3:30pm: Float into an even further dimension of calm with a guided meditation to install your new life intention and set the scene for your life going forward
4pm: Finish your day with a home-made energy ball and juice to ‘bring you back to reality’ and enliven your senses
4:30pm: At the close of our day together, I will offer you a number of useful resources, links & tools to take home with you – highlighting the key aspects of your learning from the day
Thank you for today, it was truly wonderful. I am going to enjoy a lot of daydreaming about being there in your yurt, feeling so relaxed.Thank you it was just what I needed.
