This treatment is performed at distance (not in person with me) using the power of intention and sacred distance healing methods. Surprisingly, it can feel more powerful than receiving Reiki in person! After, you will feel calm, balanced and able to cope with life's challenges more easily. Your vital energy will also be raised, enabling natural healing.

Working on the back of the body helps to release trauma from the past. So this back, neck, shoulder and head massage is both relaxing and deeply healing. Please wear a long sleeved shirt or top so I can sweep massage crystals over your back in rhythmic movements. This will release tension all over your back and then I will progress to your shoulders, neck and head. You will also benefit from Reiki healing as part of this deeply relaxing treatment.

The feet represent a map of the whole body. So if you enjoy having your feet massaged, you will love this treatment! Firstly I use aromatherapy oil to relax your feet. Then I press small crystal points and wands into pressure points in your feet to release tension and apply healing. Ultimately, your overall body and energetic system will benefit from this wonderful treatment and you will also receive Reiki healing at the same time.

So if you want to relieve pain, discomfort, or energy blocks, this treatment is ideal. Quartz crystal points will be placed in a seal of Solomon layout to extract negative energy and then direct positive nourishing energy into your chosen area for healing. You will also receive Reiki healing as part of this focused healing treatment.

Working in the aura means I am able to diagnose and release energy imbalance in the physical, emotional and mental layers of the energy system. I use a quartz pendulum to direct appropriate crystals to these areas while you relax and absorb the healing in numerous chakras (not just the 8 physical chakras). This will bring about balance and healing in some of those more stubborn layers of the aura, potentially helping to release negative energy from past experiences as well as in present time.
