Why Quantum Touch?
Quantum Touch Healing is similar to Reiki because it also uses life force energy to activate your inner healer. However, it’s a much more active process because the therapist raises their own frequency of energy to such a high level, it allows the client’s body to entrain, or ‘mirror’ that energy. This then creates the potential for profound healing to occur.
Entrainment
In physics, entrainment theory is the process where two vibrating objects, vibrating at different speeds, start to vibrate at the same speed when energy is transferred between the two objects. For example, crickets will chirp in unison, fireflies will flash at the same time and starlings will fly in unison. During this treatment, your body will entrain to the high vibration of the therapist.
What happens during the treatment?
Firstly, we will work together to clarify the goal for your healing. Then once you are comfortable on my couch (or in a seated position), I will raise my own energy vibration so your body can entrain to it while you relax. Some hands on healing may be used, but the power of intention is the key process. What is Quantum Touch?
Quantum-Touch uses life-force energy (known as chi in Chinese and prana in Sanskrit) to facilitate healing. The Quantum-Touch techniques teach therapists how to focus and amplify life-force energy by combining various breathing and body awareness exercises. This then means the therapist can raise their own vibration to a very high level and offer that as a mirror to their client.
How Can I Mirror My Therapists Energy?
Life-force energy is an effective tool for healing because of the principles of resonance and entrainment. In physics, entrainment theory is the process where two vibrating objects, vibrating at different speeds, start to vibrate at the same speed when energy is transferred between the two objects. Entrainment shows up in chemistry, neurology, biology, medicine and in nature. For example, crickets will chirp in unison, fireflies will flash at the same time and starlings will fly in unison. In a similar way, when a QT therapist raises their own vibration, the client will automatically entrain to this higher vibration and engage powerful inner healing.
Why Engage The Inner Healer?
Although it may be tempting to believe that we can heal other people, it is of utmost importance to realise that all healing is self-healing. The body has an innate, extraordinary intelligence and ability to heal itself. Given the right energetic, emotional, nutritional, and spiritual environments, the natural state of the body is, in fact, perfect health. However, we often find our vital life force energy is depleted in life. This can be due to different stressors that we subject our bodies towards. In this case, we need a top up so our bodies can engage natural healing again. So, although all healing is self healing, we can assist other people heal with their own healing process.
How is Quantum Touch applied?
Because I have been trained in the Quantum Touch techniques, I can create a high frequency of life-force energy. If I then place this field of high energy around an area of pain, stress, inflammation, or disease, your body can entrain to this higher frequency, thus amplifying the body’s ability to heal itself.

About the Treatment
Each 1 hour Quantum Touch treatment is £45 and includes a consultation where the goal is agreed and set with intention. During the treatment, your body will entrain to the energy I raise and project. This can be received in any comfortable position. At the end, I will offer you feedback and recommendations for how best you can support your ongoing healing.
